Around the world in 80 scraps.
This repository of recipes will be shared with friends and family to exchange ideas and share insights on how we can eat better for the planet. I also want to showcase here my academic work on food and intersect it with my non-recipe-follower personality of always using creativity (and what’s in the fridge and pantry) in making food.
Scraps - we always have them. This is a project for me to explore the food items we leave behind when we make the food we’ve been craving or when we follow recipes that usually only call for the premium cuts and pieces of the everyday food that we eat. I am happy to have you here. I cannot wait to hear from you!
